Susan Cejka, Grant Cooper

Sue Cejka has been actively engaged in health care executive search for over 25 years. During this time she has conducted assignments for both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Areas of concentration include hospitals, integrated delivery systems, large group practices, managed care, insurance and academic medical centers. Prior to joining Grant Cooper, Ms. Cejka was Senior Client Partner with Korn/Ferry. Ms. Cejka is the Founder of St. Louis-based Cejka and Company, a health care search and consulting firm. Founded in 1981 as a one-woman operation, the firm grew to a professional staff of 100+, conducting over 600 assignments each year for clients throughout the country. The firm was acquired by Cross Country Staffing in 1998. In addition to executive search, Ms. Cejka has extensive experience in the areas of organizational planning and compensation plan design. She is a frequent speaker and contributing author on the subjects of executive compensation design, executive selection and operational improvement through alignment of incentives.
